Managed Club Service Portfolio

Introduction
To minimise the overhead and administrative work involved
in running a benchmarking club, Building Software offer a
service where we will administer your club for you.
In our experience, it is not enough to simply form a club
and expect the members to 'get on with it'. There is inevitably
a great deal of administration effort required to really make
the club 'work', and deliver on all the objectives set when
the club was formed. This ranges from organising and running
club meetings, working out what to measure, getting members
to submit their data, and analysing the data to determine
trends etc.
We offer two levels of service, the Standard Service Package
and the Premium Service Package, as detailed below.

Standard Service Package
The Standard Service package offers an environment to manage
performance measurement across the club membership, and engages
members to facilitate data collection and is supported by
Annual
individual site/member service engagement visits
Club
performance measurement template maintenance
Provision
and management of club user id's and passwords
Provision
of refresher user training courses
Quarterly
club member meetings to provide a discussion forum for all
aspects of club operation, and promote best practice development
and deployment within the membership.

and distribution of Minutes of meetings
Notification
of 'data collection' cut-off dates
Data submission
statistics
Quarterly
club executive meetings to manage the performance measurement
process.

Premium Service Package
The Premium Service Package builds on the Standard Service
Package described above and offers the following enhancements:
Increasing
the effectiveness of club engagement by performing two annual
service engagement visits to each member/site.
Enhanced
performance trend statistical analysis (Generation of Club
data statistics quarterly basis)
Run
annual member workshop meetings utilizing, as appropriate,
internal and external guest speakers to promoting best practice
techniques within the club covering the full range of:
What to measure and
why
Effective data collection
methods
Continuous improvement
techniques
How to drive operational improvements
through measurement feedback.

General Terms and Conditions
Database configurations, Number of User licences and Initial
Training will be provided in accordance with Building Software
Limited standard eBenchmark license agreement as undertaken
by the Club.
Formal refresher training courses will normally be provided
as add-on sessions running after the regular club meetings
main sessions. Additional on-site training may be provided
at Building Software Limited normal consultancy and service
rates.
Performance Template Maintenance activity is included within
the Managed Service Agreements, up to a maximum of 2 days
annual work. Additional maintenance as requested by the Club
will be charged at Building Software Limited current consultancy
and service rates.
Construction of new Performance Templates will be provided
in accordance with the Building Software Limited standard
eBenchmark license agreement, and subsequently charged at
Building Software Limited current consultancy and service
rates.
Member Site engagement visits will be arranged on an individual
basis with the designated contacts at the sites. The exact
interval between visits may therefore vary, although Building
Software Limited will undertake to maintain the overall annual
rate of visits as specified.
Venues, refreshments & equipment for club meetings are to
be provided by the club membership.
Formal Club reports and statistics will be generated to present
to the membership to show the amount of data collected by
the members in the quarter. Additional reports may be generated
if required by the club, subject to Building Software Limited
current consultancy and service rates for both the development
and running of such reports.
Occasionally external speakers may require payment of fees
and expenses. These costs will normally be bourn by the Club
membership. Building Software Limited undertakes to consult
the Club Executive for approval before confirming and booking
any such events.
