Our implementation service will
deliver a fully functional web enabled software tool, which
has been configured to your requirements and ready to be implemented
in line with your requirements. Once the system is up and
running we offer a full after care service to ensure your
satisfaction.
We have prepared a GANT chart which details the actions required
to implement the system. N.B. This is an indicative plan only,
actual dates would be agreed at the pre-start meeting.
For example implementation for one of our existing clients
started on 28th June 2004 and the system was ready for live
implementation by 23rd August 2004.
The following is a typical schedule of processes and stages
we will go through with you to ensure that your database is
tailored and configured to your precise requirements:
Pre-configuration
We will meet with you to:
- Identify the Implementation program
- Agree how you wish to "badge the system", what logo's are
required etc
- Agree how you want to configure the system, i.e. help you
define how to use the drop-down lists which enables you to
filter data & make effective use of it later, what you want
to call data items within the system and how you intend it
to be used.
- Agree who will Administer the system, i.e. you nominate
someone internally
- Agree who will use the system
- Collate contact details of System Administrators & Users
to set their system security access

Software Configuration
In terms of Software configuration we will:
- Create your eContrack Supply Chain database
- Fully test the operation of the database
- Badge the homepage with your logo,
- Create the organisation structure within the database
- Create your System Administrator & User access log-ons
- Create the drop down list entries,
- Rename data items within the system as required,
- Defined measurement templates
- Fully test the configuration

Implementation
For the implementation we will:
- Meet with you to confirm that the system has been configured
as per your original requirements.
- Make any changes required
- Discuss training requirements for System Administrators
& users, then arrange structured training (see training below)

Training
As part of the training we will deliver all the training required
in a series of structured sessions. We will:
- Create bespoke training material based on your process and
configuration
- Provide training manuals for issue at training courses which
have worked examples and which can be kept by the trainees
for future reference,
- Establish training & workshop dates and venues
- Hold a pre-training workshop(s) for all users to explain
the purpose of the system and its proposed implementation
- Hold a training session for the System Administrators, at
your offices
- Hold 1 day training session(s) for the users
- Provide training laptops & a projector, (You provide the
venue)

Ongoing support
We are keen to ensure your complete satisfaction on an ongoing
basis and as part of the customer care program we include
for the following as part of our annual charge;
- Annual use of the system for the specified number of users,
- Access to our Help Desk, manned during normal office hours,
- Free upgrades to the eContrack Supply Chain system,
- Annual Headline KPI look-up data (CBPP wallchart info) where
required,
- Access to our in-house expertise and to a comprehensive
range of complimentary services.
