eContrack Benchmark provides on-screen or printed reports and analysis of all the data held. Extensive reporting is available through standard formatted reports, graphs, datasheet and cross tab facilities.

Users can generate their own reports through a Graphing & Reporting wizard specifying the data extraction criteria required. The system includes a report library for standard user defined reporting. Report criteria can be specified and saved to the library using the Graphing & Reporting wizards. Saved reports can be re-run on request and the report criteria of saved reports can be edited prior to re-running. All graphical output can be easily customized and the system includes facilities to output performance data to MS Applications.

eContrack Benchmark provides a datasheet facility that allows the user to select from their data by specifying a range of criteria. The selected records are displayed on the screen in spreadsheet format and can be manipulated, sorted, columns hidden, formatted and printed by the user. Datasheets are available for companies, contacts, projects, packages, scorecards and scores. Datasheets can also be output to MS Excel or MS Word.

The system also provides a range of standard reports that can be run by the User on request. These standard reports include Traffic Light and League Table reporting which combine colour coded target variance, star rated percentile performance and trend analysis into a single report format.

Traffic Light reports provide output based on average performance by template, average performance by measures within a template or on an analysis of comments against measures. These reports combine colour coded variance from target, star ratings based on percentile performance, and performance trends by comparing performance this period with three preceding time periods.

Traffic Light reporting can be restricted to specific companies, to specific projects, to comments including a certain phrase, to target scores within certain ranges, by date range etc, all of which can be specified by the user at time of running the report.

League Table reports rank performance by company, by contact or by project. The report shows the number of scorecards; high, low and average scores, colour coded variance from target; star ratings based on percentile performance, and performance trends by comparing performance this period with the three preceding time periods.

Cross Tab reports allow the user to extract specific data sets (specific companies, projects, within certain date ranges etc), to perform simple arithmetic calculations on the data (counts, sum, average etc) and specify how the output is are to be displayed (column and row names). If required, these If required, these reports can be output to Excel.
