Performance data is captured using
Scorecards, which are generated from pre-defined Templates.
Each Scorecard is attributed to a company, it can also be
linked to a contact (at the company), a project (in which
the company is involved) and a works package (of a project
in which the company is involved) if required.
Both System Administrators and Users can generate scorecards
using a simple wizard, which offers a choice of a Quick Add
page, where all the required criteria can be picked on a single
scrolling screen, or a step-by-step option which takes the
user through the whole process.

The User identifies the template to be used, whether the scorecard
is to belong to an Alliance, which company is being measured
(which contact, project or package, if required), the date
of assessment and who will provide the data.
To facilitate data capture the system will allow users to
create scorecards for others to complete. It will automatically
generate emails to prompt Scorecard completion and it can
be made to issue email reminders if scores are not submitted.
The person creating the scorecard can decide whether to email
the scorecard now or on the date of assessment, if the scorecard
will recur (& if so at what frequency), and whether automatic
reminders need to be e-mailed (& if so at what frequency).

It is also possible to invite individuals without authorised
access to the system to complete scorecards as guest members
(e.g. Customers, Residents, Staff or the general public).
