An Internal Benchmark Club allows
an organisation to compare performance internally across its
business units, between regional offices, departments or individuals.

An Internal Club identifies performance differences across
the organisation and helps spread best practice.

The membership of an Internal Club comprises the parts of
the business that are being measured e.g. each "business unit"
is an individual club member.

Each internal club member is responsible for capturing and
submitting their data to the corporate Club database. Members
can analyse their own performance and compare it with overall
Club statistics, but the club members are unable to see the
detailed data for any other club member only the Club Administrators
have access to all the data in the Club database.

An internal club requires standard sets of performance measures
that must be used by all members, these can include in addition
to the "corporate" defined measures such public measures as
the Construction Industry Headline and Sector KPIs if required.
In addition to these common "club" measures each club member
can define and use their own set of private performance measures
if they want to.

Any internal club can join a Peer Group Club and any Internal
Club can be accessed by external organisations if required,
e.g. by clients or members of the supply chain. .
