A Peer Group Club comprises a group
of similar organisations that collect and share performance
data in a common database.

A Peer Group Club allows the members to compare their performance
and processes with other comparable organisations, to identify
and share best practice and to collectively drive performance
improvement.

Each Club member is responsible for capturing and submitting
their own data to the Club database. Members can analyse their
own performance and compare it with overall Club statistics,
but only an independent Club Administrator has access to all
data in the Club database.

The performance measures used within the Club are defined
and controlled collectively by the Club membership, usually
though an elected Club Committee. Individual Club members
can define their own additional measures for private use if
required.

Peer Group Clubs can include Supply Chain Partners and an
Internal Club can join as a member.

After the above intro, can we use the graphs in the clubs.ppt
powerpoint slides 15 to 19 to jazz this up a bit.
