A Supply Chain Benchmarking Club
allows an individual organisation to compare or share the
performance of or with members of its supply chain.

A Supply Chain Club provides an organisation with an easy
means of capturing data from members of its supply chain,
with a ready means of comparing individual Supply Chain member
performance within an environment that facilitates the spread
best practice between Supply Chain partners

The membership of a Supply Chain Club comprises, and is under
the control of, the organisation that owns the Club, together
with those parts of its supply chain that it invites to actively
participate in the Club e.g. Clients, Subcontractors, Suppliers.

Each Club member is responsible for capturing and submitting
their data to the Club database. Members can analyse their
own performance and compare it with overall Club statistics,
but only the Club owner has access to all the data in the
Club database.

The performance measures used within the Club are defined
and controlled by the Club owner, these can include Construction
Industry Headline and Sector KPIs if required. The Club owner
can define additional private measures for its own use if
required.

A Supply Chain club can join a Peer Group Club and can be
used as an Internal Club if required.
