eContrack Connector maintains
a comprehensive register of companies. It records the basic
details of each company (address, phone numbers, web site
etc) and allows companies to be categorised for reporting
and selection purposes. The system also provides links to
any sales opportunities with which the company has an involvement,
including details of any quotes that may have been submitted.

You can also categorise companies to provide different views
of the same organisation (e.g. you can have different perspectives
of a client within your own organisation). This categorization
can be used to drive prospecting, marketing initiatives and
mailshots..

The system can collate performance data collected on
each company as a part of client/competitor/supplier assessment.
The analysis and reporting of this performance data allows
an individual companyıs performance to be measured over time,
compared against its own previous performance, with its peer
group and against performance targets as well as against external
benchmark data as appropriate.
