across the organization to engage all relevant parties and
encourage a culture that can deliver Continuous Improvement.
Hold Engagement & Familiarization Workshops to ensure
that the whole organization fully understands the aims and
objectives of the measurement process.
Develop a Performance Measurement Process Manual, for
distribution throughout the organization, which includes the
following:
 The
Corporate Vision & Charter for Improvement
The benefits of providing accurate data
What
is being measured, including full measure definitions, guidance
notes, worked examples
The
frequency of data collection, submission and reporting
Where
the required data is collected from
Who
is responsible for collecting and entering the required data
What
reporting and analysis is necessary
How
the results are going to be used to improve performance.
