Creation of the required performance measurement database including:

Creation of the initial security settings

Setting up initial security logons and passwords

Configuration of client specific drop down list entries

Establishment and testing of backup and recovery schedule

Conversion of the measurement hierarchy into a series of templates to enable the capture of performance data in the most efficient manner

Provision of training courses - there is a choice of ??? day training courses for both system administrators and general users, the training options are:

Standard training ­ standard training manual and database

Bespoke training ­ Customer specific training manual & the training database will include customers drop down lists and customers templates


Organizations should run a pilot to identify improvements to the process, prior to it being rolled out across the whole organization.
