eContrack Sales & Marketing records the basic details of projects including their name, location, description of work, start and end dates and value. Projects can be categorized for reporting and analysis purposes.

Each project can be broken down the sales opportunities that arise, and each sales opportunity can be independently owned by a business unit and assigned to a salesperson.


Companies with an involvement in or an influencer over a project can be linked to the project and their roles defined. The performance of these companies (professionals / suppliers / subcontractors) can be measured and the data collated.


Sales Opportunities


eContrack Sales & Marketing records details of the sales opportunities that arise on each project, the types of sales opportunity are definable by the user. It holds basic details of each opportunity (status, value, order date, staff member responsible etc).

All activity on sales opportunities can be logged, cross-referenced to the companies/contacts involved and enable you to take control of the sales process (especially where different parts of your organisation can be interacting with the same client). All this data is also a rich source of management information.

eContrack Sales & Marketing supports the issuing of quotes against sales opportunities. Quotes can be logged, monitored and analysed throught the quotation process. The actual quote documentation can be attached and filed for archival or for easy access and retrieval by all users with appropriate access.

eContrack Sales & Marketing keeps track of the quotes issued against a sales opportunity. Quote records can be raised which detail information such as the reference, who was quoted, the status of the quote, the type of quote, the value, etc.

Electronic quote documentation can be attached to each quote record to provide a powerful cross-referenced filing system that is easy to access across your organisation.
