Consultancy Services Our Consultancy Services are designed to help organisations
with the successful implementation of performance measurement
including:
- Definition of suitable measurement frameworks,
- Establishing measurement processes, and
- Interpreting the results of measurement to support the
drive improvement in performance over time.
Managed Services Our Managed Services provide practical help and support
the implementation and on-going management of a performance
measurement process including:
- Direct management of the process itself to
ensure continued staff engagement, and facilitate data
collection
and support the drive for continuous improvement.
- Reporting and analysis of performance to review and summarise
progress against target and performance over time to all
relevant parties
Software Our Housing Clients use eContrack software to measure
their performance, using either an Contrack Benchmark database
configured to their own requirements or by access to a
shared Club database.
Clients wishing to capture site based data; Health & Safety,
Environmental, Quality and Defect inspections, Risk Assessments,
Stock Condition Surveys, Performance Scoring and more,
use eContrack Mobile.
Networks & Clubs We administer a comprehensive range of Housing related
performance improvement networks and benchmarking clubs,
both National and Regional, in which member organisations
at every level of the supply chain, engage with one another
to share best practice and improve their performance by
learning from others.
