eContrack Supply Chain records
details of the works packages that comprise each project,
the types of package are definable by the user. It holds basic
details of each package (status, start and end dates, staff
member responsible etc).
eContrack Supply Chain supports the development of
tender lists for packages, by finding the suppliers that match
selection criteria specified by the user. During the tender
list selection process the system provides details of potential
suppliers past performance, their work history and an analysis
of their past tenders.
The tendering suppliers are linked to the package, as are
details of the successful supplier when the package is awarded.
Information on who has tendered at estimating and contract
stage, the award details and pricing data can all be displayed
from the package screen.
The performance of the successful supplier/subcontractor can
be measured throughout the life of the package using Scorecards.
