eContrack Supply Chain keeps
track of the suppliers/subcontractors tendering for a package
using "Tender" records. The system will automatically create
tender records for each of the suppliers/subcontractors selected
for a tender list and can email tender documentation to chosen
suppliers/subcontractors, if required.
eContrack Supply Chain holds basic details of each
tender (the supplier/subcontractor, status of tender, date
invited, ranking etc). .
